Breakfast Chef

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at Crestview Management, LLC. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes according to our corporate specifications.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook breakfast dishes, including eggs, pancakes, waffles, and other morning meals, to meet our company's quality and presentation standards.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed to maintain a clean and healthy kitchen environment.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service to our guests.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our breakfast dishes to ensure they meet our company's standards.

• Culinary Experience: 1+ year of experience in a breakfast or culinary role.
• ServSafe Certification: Current ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning shifts.
