About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Facilities Professional to join our team as a Physical Security Specialist Co-Op. In this role, you will provide support to our facilities team while gaining exposure to the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assignments and projects as determined by leadership, utilizing project management skills to manage and report on assignment and project status.
  • Build a network of contacts within assigned line of business or division as well as across the organization, effectively communicating with others and demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and complete assigned coursework and participate in self-learning.
  • Assist with various tasks and projects as needed, working independently on smaller projects and tasks while operating as a team member on larger initiatives.
Requirements
  • Current enrollment (or recent completion) in an accredited degreed program with a strong academic record and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Relevant internships and/or co-op program experience preferred, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, multitask, and be flexible, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capacity to learn additional software applications as required.
  • Capable of managing own time to meet established deadlines and demonstrating initiative.
