Job Summary

As an Optical Expert at EssilorLuxottica, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch eye care services. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading company in the optical industry and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed customer service by executing our CEE Service Model through Connect, Explore, and Exceed.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their lifestyle, Rx, and price needs, suggesting improvements and recommending solutions to problems.
• Develop the optical skills of others and create an effective learning environment, acting as a leader in optical acumen and providing a voice for associates due to their expertise.
• Operate the Point of Sale terminal, inputting customer and prescription information with accuracy and attention to detail, and accurately collect proper payment following company security procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• State licensure or certification by a nationally-recognized opticianary association as an optician
• Optical dispensing experience
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise
• Strong communicator and listener, with awareness of current fashion trends and sales skills, including the ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet
