Speech Language Pathologist Team Supervisor Opportunity

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to lead our clinical team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing clinical guidance and support, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Speech Therapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to team members to ensure best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the current state of practice
  • Meet the education and experience requirements for a Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
