Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood and other specimens for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood and other specimens from patients using a variety of techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
  • Label and process specimens according to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of specimen collection and processing.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and DEP regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff.

Requirements:

  • Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
  • Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
  • Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of licensed driving experience and possess a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
