Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Level 1

Job Summary:

CAN Community Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Level 1 Nurse Manager. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of nurses, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs, policies, and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
