Scope of WorkAs a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - RN Triage Clinic, you will be responsible for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. You will collaborate with the Nurse Manager and other members of the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will use your clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, detect, plan, and take appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and other members of the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Use clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- A Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred
- A MI Registered Nurse (RN) license is required
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days
- 1 year of experience as an RN is preferred
