OB/GYN Clinical Support Specialist

Work Schedule: The position requires commitment to four 9-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, along with one 4-hour shift, with flexibility to support various clinic locations.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
- Certification from a recognized national certifying body (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.) is mandatory.
- Possession of a current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential is essential, or the ability to secure this within six months of employment.
- Current BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $29.06.

Benefits: We provide a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is contingent upon factors such as position type and FTE. Employees who qualify for benefits will begin receiving them on the first of the month following one month of employment. Vancouver Clinic offers a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long-term disability, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, and various supplemental benefits. Additionally, we offer a 401k retirement plan with employer contributions after the first year of employment. Benefit-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full-time staff and 200 hours for full-time supervisors and above, with increases in subsequent years. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked. Employees can also enjoy up to six paid holidays annually, depending on their schedule.
