Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the LPN include:

  • Conducting on-site visits to ensure the health and safety of all residents.
  • Training staff in current medical procedures and policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Building professional relationships with residents, staff, and family members.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Hold a valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have experience with computerized resident record systems.
Work Environment

This position primarily involves working indoors in a climate-controlled setting.
