Stealth Recruiting Services is seeking a skilled Claims Negotiator to join our client's thriving personal injury law firm. As a Claims Negotiator, you will contribute to our exceptional success rate and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Negotiate with insurance companies to secure maximum compensation for clients.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
3. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in personal injury negotiation.

Requirements:
1+ years of personal injury negotiation experience.
Personal injury background required.
Proximity to our location preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $50,000 - $60,000 to start.
Uncapped bonuses; on-target earnings $80,000 - $100,000 in year one.

Interview Process:
Phone screen
Then in-person interview with hiring manager
Relocation allowed - in which case next interview would be a Zoom.

Work Environment:
On-site work; no remote options.
Open to relocating candidates.
