Claims Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Claims Negotiator to join our team at Stealth Recruiting Services. As a Claims Negotiator, you will play a critical role in our personal injury law firm's success by negotiating claims and resolving disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate claims with insurance companies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support negotiation strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims negotiation.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in personal injury negotiation or a related field.
• Personal injury background required.
• Proximity to our location preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Familiarity with Viangelo Valley a bonus.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $50,000 - $60,000 to start.
• Uncapped bonuses; on-target earnings $80,000 - $100,000 in year one.

Interview Process:

• Phone screen.
• Then in-person interview with hiring manager.
• Relocation allowed in which case next interview would be a Zoom.

• Onsite work; no remote options.
