Territory Sales Executive

Oklahoma Blood Institute is seeking a Territory Sales Executive in the Fort Smith area. This role plays a key part in sharing our lifesaving mission and promoting blood drive programs to community leaders, groups, companies, businesses, educational groups, churches, and other civic organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit new donor groups and expand existing accounts for established territory.
- Plan, organize, and promote effective events and presentations to share Our Blood Institute's mission.
- Develop and assess strategies to achieve assigned collection goals and meet performance metrics.
This position requires excellent customer-focused skills, experience with sales, and the ability to interact professionally with team members and external contacts. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the community and have a professional network in place.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, plus a monthly commission plan and an excellent benefits package.
Requirements- 1-3 years of sales-related experience.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
