Job Title: LPN Homecare

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality homecare services to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patient response.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice.
  • 1+ year of experience in homecare or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification.
