About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Campbell Soup Company. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all plant maintenance activities at our Napoleon, Ohio facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the site's Asset Care and Reliability strategy to support the plant's financial, operating, and strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical assistance in the purchase and maintenance of all equipment.
  • Develop and lead a competent and efficient Maintenance Department workforce.
  • Leverage the Maintenance function to support Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing with 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in the food processing industry is preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000-$172,200, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits.
