Sales Director

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is now accepting applications for a Sales Director - Commercial Roofing position based in Waco, TX. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in a fast-paced industry.

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Mentor and coach Sales Representatives to improve performance and drive team success.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and property managers to offer tailored commercial roofing service packages.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups.
• Oversee accurate building measurements, estimates, contracts, and financial tracking to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.

• Required:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction sales, with experience managing a sales team highly preferred.
  • Expertise in commercial roofing, including single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems.
  • Proven success managing sales teams and achieving targets.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial roofing.
  • A track record of growing market share and driving business results.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Superior organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and proficiency in sales tracking systems.
• Preferred:
  • A degree in Business or Construction Management.
