Display Graphics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Display Graphics Specialist to join our team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality display graphics using screen printers, digital presses, and cutting tables.

This is a full-time position with a temp-to-hire employment term, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a manufacturing setting and possess basic math aptitude, computer navigation skills, and the ability to work in a continuous improvement environment.

You will be utilizing plate making systems to produce high-quality printing plates, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to procedures established by the Plateroom Supervisor.

• Produce photopolymer plates to meet production schedules and customer ship dates while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work area and department, employing good work habits and adhering to established procedures.
• Monitor room temperature for proper plate-making environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Basic understanding of lean principles and ability to work in a continuous improvement environment.
• Ability to proactively manage several projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrates independent judgment and initiative, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
