Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing critical support to the Quality Department and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of quality data. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data, maintaining records, and performing various quality-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain quality-related records, including operator visual aid boards and EPC/GP-12 books.
  • Track and control deviations, including scanning closed deviations into network folders.
  • Update accountability logs and maintain pink sheet data in the Sort/Rework Database.
  • Monitor containment data and perform layered process audits.
  • Print quality-related labels and documents, including TWO, First/Last Shot Labels, and Partial Labels.
  • Perform weekly LPA's and maintain LPA tracking matrices.
  • Monitor and track open issues from layered process audits and follow up with owners.
  • Scan First Shot, Last Shot, and Production Readiness Audit documentation into network folders.
  • Monitor and track material certifications and reset logs.
  • Assist with part audits and sort operations, including obtaining a forklift driver's license.
  • Maintain gage tracker systems and work with Quality Engineers to ensure new gages are entered into Gage Track.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality policy manual, associate handbook, and Level II procedures.
  • Comply with internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping in respective areas.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field preferred.
