Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly and Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Dolphin Group Companies. As an Assembly and Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for operating molding machines, staging parts for shipment, and performing various assembly and manufacturing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate molding machines and structural foam machines to retrieve parts
  • Pick and stage parts for shipment as needed, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Remove or cover old production and shipping labels, maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Visually inspect all parts prior to packaging, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Operate automatic robotics, assist on paint lines, and perform assembly tasks
  • Conduct product handling, packaging, and containment of non-conforming product, adhering to quality control standards
  • Perform secondary operations, including inserting, drilling, milling, trimming, and other tasks as required
  • Demonstrate basic problem-solving skills related to production, safety, and team building, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • Maintain safe work practices and comply with facility safety regulations and requirements
Work Schedule and Compensation
  • $17.50 per hour for 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday)
  • $17.50 per hour for Weekend Shift B (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • $15.50 per hour for 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday)
  • $15.50 per hour for Weekend Shift A (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday)
  • $16.50 per hour for 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday)
