**Job Summary**

Indrotec, a DBA of IG, Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Mora, MN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating molding machines, structural foam machines, and performing various secondary operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate molding machines and structural foam machines to produce high-quality plastic products
  • Conduct product handling, packaging, and containment of non-conforming products
  • Perform secondary operations, including inserting, drilling, milling, trimming, and assembling
  • Demonstrate basic problem-solving skills related to production, safety, and team building
  • Demonstrate safe work practices and compliance with facility safety regulations and requirements

**Compensation and Schedule:**

  • $15.50 per hour for 1st Shift (7:00AM-3:00PM, Monday-Friday)
  • $16.50 per hour for 2nd Shift (3:00PM-11:00PM, Monday-Friday)
  • $17.50 per hour for 3rd Shift (11:00PM-7:00AM, Sunday-Thursday)
  • $15.50 per hour for Weekend Shift A (7:00AM-7:00PM, Saturday-Sunday-Monday)
  • $17.50 per hour for Weekend Shift B (7:00PM-7:00AM, Friday-Saturday-Sunday)
