Job Summary:

Molly Green is seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward individual to fill the role of Keyholder/Stylist in our women's fashion retail store. Key Responsibilities:

  • Styling Expertise: Showcase your passion for fashion by providing expert styling advice to customers, ensuring they leave our store feeling confident and stylish.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and genuine relationships with customers. Leverage your outgoing personality and passion for fashion to create trust and loyalty, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Keyholder Duties: Take on a leadership role by opening and closing the store, managing daily operations, and overseeing the team during assigned shifts.
  • Sales Support: Contribute to the selling process by being attentive to customer needs, offering product recommendations, and facilitating a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a cohesive and motivated work environment. Share your passion for fashion and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing. Handle basic administrative tasks and assist in inventory management.
