As a CST, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operating room, assisting with surgical procedures, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available. You will also be responsible for cleaning and preparing surgical instruments for processing and transporting them to the decontamination areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the operating room, including setting up and cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with surgical procedures, including preparing patients and positioning them for surgery.
  • Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing and transport them to the decontamination areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the surgical team.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Graduate of a recognized and accredited Surgical Technologist program.
  • Prior experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
  • Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
  • Successful completion of BLS course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.

Compensation:

$25.00/Hr. $33.00/Hr.
