About the Role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is on the lookout for a talented Lead Artisan Baker who is passionate about high-quality food, exceptional customer service, and community engagement. In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to create a diverse selection of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads crafted from premium ingredients.

  • Demonstrated experience in a kitchen environment, capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and mixing ingredients
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, with shifts primarily from afternoon to late evening
  • Willingness to work during weekends and occasional overnight shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications for the Lead Artisan Baker position include:
  • A minimum of 1 year of baking experience
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Formal education in baking is advantageous but not required
