Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is on the lookout for a talented Bread Artisan who shares our commitment to exceptional food quality, outstanding customer service, and community engagement. As a Bread Artisan, you will be an integral part of a team crafting a diverse selection of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads using high-quality ingredients.

  • Demonstrated experience in a kitchen environment, capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and mixing ingredients
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, with a flexible work schedule from afternoon to late evening
  • Typical shifts are from 2 pm to 10 pm, including Sundays and occasional overnight shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications for the Bread Artisan position include:
  • A minimum of 1 year of baking experience
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Formal education in baking is advantageous but not essential
