Job Summary

Trego Dugan Aviation Contractor is seeking a skilled Ground Operations / Ramp Agent to join their team at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). As a key member of the airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of customer luggage, aircraft marshaling, and ground service equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload baggage, luggage, and cargo from aircraft and airport luggage receiving areas.
  • Operate ground service equipment, including tugs and belt loaders, to facilitate efficient airport operations.
  • Marshal aircraft to and from gates, ensuring safe and timely movement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with special needs and ensuring their luggage is handled with care.
  • Collaborate with customer service agents to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of ground equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in airport operations and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Ability to complete required training and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Work Environment

Airport environment with exposure to extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions.
