As an E-commerce Sales Associate at AutoNation, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company's mission to make a positive impact in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment.
  • Lead Response: Respond to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information, and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience.
  • Vehicle Selection: Help customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations, and close the deal.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Goal-Oriented: Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Follow-up: The willingness to follow up with customers.
  • Technology: Experience and desire to work with technology.
  • Driver's License: Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
