Job Title: RN Registered Nurse IMCU Stepdown Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our IMCU Stepdown team at South Shore Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse IMCU Stepdown Full Time position is responsible for providing individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care to patients in the IMCU Stepdown unit. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account patient preferences and needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and unit activities.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred.
  • RN - Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, or other certifications as required by the department.
