Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will collaborate as part of the Research Sciences (RS) division, primarily aiding the Custom Solutions and Services (CSS) team within the Client Solutions sector. This team delivers tailored real-world data and evidence solutions to tackle critical research inquiries across clinical development, market access, and commercial applications for our life sciences partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with study leads to craft client-oriented real-world oncology studies, ensuring high-quality study protocols and statistical analysis plans.
- Working alongside statistical programmers to guarantee precise execution of analyses in line with study specifications.
- Assisting in the interpretation and presentation of study results through comprehensive reports and presentations for clients.
- Engaging in discussions with cross-functional stakeholders, including oncologists and project managers, to ensure accurate, effective, and timely project delivery.
- Continuing to enhance your knowledge of epidemiological and statistical methodologies for analyzing observational real-world data while deepening your understanding of cancer biology, therapies, and outcomes across various major tumor types.
You are a compassionate, enthusiastic, and collaborative problem-solver who appreciates the chance to think innovatively. Additionally, you possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities, with experience or interest in supporting the design and execution of real-world studies that facilitate use cases throughout the oncology product development lifecycle. You are motivated by the opportunity to address significant challenges daily.
- You hold a Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Health Policy (or a closely related field) with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in one of those fields with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- You have experience in a pharmaceutical or HEOR consulting environment.
- You are familiar with observational datasets (e.g., registries, healthcare claims, or electronic health records).
- You possess strong communication skills, with experience contributing to study documentation.
- You demonstrate effective organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills necessary to contribute to multiple high-visibility projects promptly.
- You have an agile mindset and can adapt quickly to changes in project direction.
- You are capable of rapidly learning and applying new information, skills, and procedures.
- You are passionate about our mission to enhance healthcare through technology.
