RN ED Observation Unit

As a Registered Nurse in our Observation Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care using a multidisciplinary approach to the Nursing process. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Assess patient/family needs in relation to presenting problem, care needs, physical condition, and learning needs.
Implement appropriate diagnosis-specific interdisciplinary plan of care (IPOC).
Establish priorities of patient care based on the needs of the patient.
Implement a comprehensive patient care plan that includes baseline admission data, plans for treatment, and goals for discharge.
Requirements
Minimum of Diploma in Nursing.
Current Florida RN License.
BLS, PALS.
