Overview:

Auro Hotels is currently seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team at our esteemed hotel. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to established cleaning protocols to uphold a superior standard of cleanliness in guest accommodations.
  2. Assist fellow team members when personal tasks are completed.
  3. Utilize cleaning supplies and solutions properly and efficiently.
  4. Ensure guest amenities are appropriately placed in rooms.
  5. Complete special projects or reasonable requests as directed by management.
  6. Familiarize oneself with the hotel's emergency procedures and loss prevention strategies.
  7. Manage linens by sorting, counting, folding, and transporting as necessary.
  8. Prepare beds with clean linens and dust furniture to maintain a tidy environment.
  9. Restock supplies, including drinking glasses and writing materials.
  10. Handle furniture movement, drapery hanging, carpet rolling, and light bulb replacement.
  11. Dispose of waste and clean ashtrays regularly.
  12. Transport trash to designated disposal areas.
  13. Restock bathroom supplies and maintain cleanliness in restrooms.
  14. Perform cleaning duties in common areas such as lobbies, lounges, and corridors when required.
  15. Maintain cleanliness of carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  16. Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, and door panels as needed.
  17. Stock and replenish linen rooms as necessary.
  18. Ensure patios and balconies are swept and free of cobwebs.

Availability: Immediate start available with full-time hours (minimum of 30 hours per week).

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years as a Guest Room Attendant in a recognized hotel brand, preferably Marriott.

Education: High School Diploma preferred.

Language Skills: Must be able to speak, understand, and read English.
