Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast and Lunch Server to join our team at Red Pebbles Hospitality. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to Our Steps of Service: Follow our established procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our service.
  • Enter Orders Accurately: Use our POS system to accurately record guest orders and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Personalize the Guest Experience: Understand guest needs and preferences, and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate guest requests and dietary restrictions to our culinary staff.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning the dining area.
  • Maintain a Clean Environment: Help maintain a clean and presentable work environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Safety Conscious: Promote a safe working environment by following company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant operation.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Current TABC certification required.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and afternoons.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods.
