Vaco is hiring an Office Assistant in a dynamic environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring multiple conference rooms. Your duties will include straightening chairs, ensuring no debris remains in rooms, wiping down tables, and wiping down screens.

You will also be responsible for retrieving items from the storage room and distributing them to several pantries throughout the building. Additionally, you will report any issues to your supervisor.

This is an indefinite contract that works fully onsite. Hours are M-F, 7:30am-4:00 pm.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can provide excellent support to our team. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
