Job Title: Store Manager at Pacers Navy Yard

Job Summary:

Pacers Navy Yard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for advancing the company's mission, vision, and strategies in our retail stores, providing day-to-day operational oversight, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance the company's mission, vision, and strategies in our retail stores
  • Provide day-to-day operational oversight and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage and work the sales floor, with a focus on customer engagement and staff development
  • Lead location staff by delivering best-in-class customer service and fostering a positive work environment
  • Monitor daily customer and staff experience, promptly addressing customer feedback and concerns
  • Be an ambassador for the company, promoting our brand and values to customers and the community

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably at Pacers Running
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as a team and manage a staff
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Stocky
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and available to work weekends, holidays, and blackout dates

Work Environment:

The Store Manager will work 40 hours a week, with actual hours fluctuating based on need, staff schedules, vacation schedules, training, and travel. The role requires working weekends, holidays, and evenings, including blackout dates, as well as attending vendor meetings, working at expositions off-site, and participating in other evening and weekend activities.
