Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure the seamless operation of machinery and installations within the facility.
  • Lead a team with expertise in electronics, mechanics, electrical systems, welding, and engines.
  • Develop and implement Preventive, Corrective, and Planned Maintenance strategies in accordance with established protocols.
  • Manage the inventory of critical spare parts.
  • Oversee the maintenance workshop to ensure proper functioning.
  • Negotiate and manage maintenance contracts with various suppliers.
  • Facilitate the installation of manufacturing and automation equipment, including office hardware (excluding software and programming).
  • Implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).


Qualifications
Professional:
High School diploma with 5-10 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within similar environments.
Personal:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a thorough understanding of ergonomics and industry standards, outstanding organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
