The Tech Learning Experience Designer will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for the IT organization at GM Financial. This position requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and technical expertise in areas such as cloud computing and programming languages.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop learning experiences that achieve higher-level learning objectives, including application, analysis, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create technical training courses aligned to GM Financial's tech stack, including cloud, SDLC, DevSecOps, ML/AI, and more.
- Develop immersive classroom learning experiences, including case-based and learning dojo models.
- Communicate complex technical topics in a clear and engaging manner to various audiences.
- Analyze data on learning experiences to understand impact and iterate for best solutions.
- 5-7 years of work experience in Training, Instructional Design, and Technology or related work experience.
- 3-5 years of leading through influence.
- 3-5 years of experience delivering work through an agile framework.
- 5-7 years of experience with instructional design, including developing and delivering skill-based learning programs.
