MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is currently seeking a traveling Respiratory Therapist for an exciting opportunity.

Position Overview

The Respiratory Therapist plays a vital role in evaluating, treating, and caring for patients with various respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver respiratory care in accordance with physician directives and established protocols.
  • Engage in the formulation and/or execution of patient care strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and professional standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members through effective communication.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and objectives.
  • Accurately document and maintain patient records.
Qualifications
  • Current Respiratory Therapist credentials from the NBRC and CPR certification are mandatory.
  • A minimum of eighteen months of experience in respiratory care is preferred, particularly in critical care environments.
