**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and donors
  • Stock and merchandise products in accordance with Salvation Army standards
  • Sort and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and donation area
  • Assist with receiving and unloading incoming inventory
  • Perform quality assurance checks on products for defects and damages
  • Provide assistance to customers and donors as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the store
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, donors, and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
