Client Success Partner

Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Partner to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their Gartner subscription.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized client engagement strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating value to decision-makers.
- Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend programs of action to drive high value and return on investment.
- Work closely with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of client performance and key engagement metrics.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French language.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience or internship.
- Proven track record of success, fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
