Position Overview:
Credence Management Solutions, LLC is on the lookout for a Financial Resource Coordinator to enhance our support for the Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program.
The Financial Resource Coordinator will leverage expertise in Air Force Financial Management (FM) principles, Commanders Resource Integration System, Automated Business Services System, and Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS) to deliver budgeting and accounting insights for resource distribution and financial execution of ACC operations.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Drafting plans and strategies for capital investment funding.
- Conducting and analyzing comprehensive workforce assessments, studies, and strategic plans.
- Contributing to the development of detailed policies and standards across operational domains.
- Creating resource management methodologies, studies, weighted assessments, and cost evaluations.
- Planning and executing knowledge management initiatives for critical shortfall areas.
- Formulating and overseeing detailed plans for architecture and infrastructure related to ACC A2.
- Integrating tasks throughout all phases of the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) cycle.
Additionally, the Coordinator will:
- Assist in researching and analyzing data and trends to ascertain the costs associated with specific work objectives and organizational needs.
- Develop recommendations for leadership during periods of rapid program and budgetary changes.
- Establish and maintain management controls over obligations and expenditures during the budgeting execution phase, adhering to approved spending limits.
- Prepare comprehensive plans, budgets, and schedules for major programs in compliance with DoD Financial Management Regulations.
- Propose alternatives and methods to address critical funding shortages.
- Support the development and management of program-budget activities, schedules, and meetings.
Frequent communication with various defense agencies and maintaining strong working relationships will be essential.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience and a BA/BS degree are required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Working Conditions:
This position may require the employee to:
- Remain stationary for 50% of the time.
- Able to ascend/descend stairs as necessary.
- Lift equipment not exceeding 25 lbs as needed.
- Be available for travel if required.
