We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Therapy and Wellness Connection. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing behavioral support and guidance to children and families in our Brecksville office and in-home settings on the East Side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavioral programs to support children with special needs
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide training and support to staff members
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Education in a related field (e.g. psychology, education, social work)
