Job Summary

Our client, a leading value-driven company, is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join their team in the United States. As an integral part of the manufacturing environment, this role requires strong electrical systems knowledge and maintenance skills.

Responsibilities:

  • System Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Techniques: Troubleshoot electrical issues in machinery and equipment, diagnosing problems efficiently.
  • Technical Documentation and Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to determine appropriate installation and repair methods.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Maintenance and Inspection: Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and reports.
  • Safety Culture: Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of safety within the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in electrical maintenance required.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of NEC.
  • Blueprint Reading: Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Electrical Equipment and Tools: Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
