Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $400,000 - $600,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • A starting bonus of $80,000.
  • $48,000 in student loan repayment assistance.
  • A retention bonus of $48,000.
  • Up to $100,000 in fellowship stipends for those who qualify.
  • An $8,000 relocation bonus.
  • A generous time away pay (TAP) program, offering 26 days off in years 1-3, 31 days off in years 4-10, and 40 days off after 11 years of service.
  • A five-day paid CME program.
