Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash handling procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a strong sense of dependability. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations quickly.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with a smile and ensuring their needs are met
- Operating the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect payment from customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
The estimated salary for this position is $18-$21 per hour, plus benefits such as paid sick leave, medical, vision, and dental benefits.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- A valid driver's license (preferred)
- A clean driving record
- The ability to pass a background check
