Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our Spirit Halloween stores. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in various tasks, including staffing, setup, merchandising, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain Guest Services, including customer service and sales techniques.
  • Control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Flexible schedule required.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
