Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering TV and smart home solutions to our customers, providing an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH TV and smart home systems in customers' homes
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns that customers may have
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and work in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology
