Long Term Acute Care RN Lead

Becoming an LTAC RN with us means you will be part of a team that prioritizes delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans for patients, ensuring optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
- Administering medications, managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines as needed.
- Maintaining close observation of patients' conditions, implementing changes as necessary, and providing guidance to clinical support staff.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and national averages for Long Term Acute Care RNs in the US. With 36 hours worked per week, you can enjoy a great work-life balance while advancing your career with us.
