Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough field locate and mark activities to identify and mark the location of utilities, adhering to company specifications and standards.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with line locate and mark procedures, providing exceptional field assurance services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize maps, blueprints, and other tools to identify and mark utility locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document interactions, site information, and utilities in organizational software, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal leadership, and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Employ various techniques, including electronic, magnetic, and radar methods, to locate utilities and ensure accurate results.
  • Provide regular production data reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Post informational door tags and letters to notify residents of inspection procedures, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior field and/or locator experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Successful completion of a DOT-compliant drug screen and random drug screens.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.
