As our newest receptionist, you will serve as the welcoming voice and face of our dealership. We seek an individual with a positive demeanor and a polished appearance. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel, handling mail distribution, and providing additional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet on-site visitors, ascertain the purpose of their visit, and notify the relevant staff.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, assess the nature of the requests, and route calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Record and relay messages or transfer calls to voicemail when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, and maintaining organized files.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage the services they provide.
  • Ensure the main voicemail reflects office hours, special events, and any necessary announcements.
  • Receive and distribute mail to the Office Manager.
  • Maintain the Rotation board and manage next-day customer delivery confirmation calls.
  • Conduct customer delivery orientations and stay informed about staff movements.
  • Compile and account for previous business days' sales and greeter logs.
  • Support various administrative and special project needs as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated patience and reliability.
  • Professional demeanor and adaptability.
  • Empathy and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A positive attitude is essential.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Full-time position with potential weekend availability and overtime as necessary.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 to 3 months of relevant experience and training preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Compensation:
  • Hourly wage of $17.
  • Additional spiffs of $2 per unit delivery while on shift.
