We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Honda Development and Manufacturing of America. This role will be responsible for ensuring the streamlined delivery of IT sustain and customer projects throughout the NA Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Project Manager Team to plan, coordinate, and direct the activities for projects and enhancements including demand management, scheduling, resource levelling, budget greater than $4M and overall project health.
  • Provide direction and support for daily operational activities of the Project Delivery Team, working closely with decision makers across the organization to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions and/or services for all aspects of the organization.
  • Define and implement Regional IT policies, procedures, and best practices as it relates to the services and applications supported by the Project & Portfolio Services Unit.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of IT business work experience with ~ 3 to 5 years in Project or IT Leadership role
  • Experience and knowledge of technologies including Microsoft, Infrastructure Networks, thin client technologies, server virtualization and an awareness and understanding of additional software programs and technologies relevant to technical infrastructure environments.
  • Knowledge of network and server operating systems, including (UNIX, Windows, LINUX, OS/400 and z/OS)
  • Demonstrable tracking and recording in delivering technological environments; highly analytical in problem solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking to solving complex process and technical issues.
