Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data on inventory levels, production schedules, and shipping requirements to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and reports to track inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and planning teams to establish reorder points, replenishment quantities, and standard packs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Work with industrial engineers to develop and implement efficient material handling and storage solutions.
  • Support other logistics-related projects as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory management software.
