Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Westerman, Inc. in Casper, WY. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in an efficient and safe manner.
Responsibilities:- Complete mechanical and electrical repairs and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
- Successfully troubleshoot mechanical problems.
- Accountable for entering data into maintenance system timely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience as an electrician, mechanic, maintenance technician, or related craft required.
- Basic math skills required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communication required.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
- Welding and cutting skills preferred.
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints.
- Good problem-solving skills, safety practices, and attention to quality.

- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, up to entire length of shift.
- Must be able to exert moderate to heavy physical effort with lifting requirement up to 50 pounds.
- Must have strong range of motion.
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and bend.
